Why is it that when a girl has many sexual partners she is considered a "whore"...but when a guy sleeps around he's considered a hero?
Let's get the terminology correct first. A whore is a person who is paid for sex. A slut has sex often. Whores are generally sluts or they are out of business. I believe you are referring to sluts. That said, if a man sleeps around he is a hero because, as explained in an earlier answer, women are naturally lazy and don't want to clean up after sex. If a man can conquer this laziness and get many women to have sex and hence clean up after him, he should be the subject of accolades. As far as women being sluts - they are sluts. But slut should be a good term. Sluts are the women you get off their lazy asses and have sex early and often. I think they too should be the subject of accolades. Women, this is your call to sluthood! Through of the shackles of dinner and a movie and join your fellow hard-working women who sacrifice their bodies for the good of mankind and efficiency!
